The hot spring was a truly relaxing experience.
The bathrooms were moldy and not well-maintained.

Spa atmosphere, warm water, remote location
Cleaning standards need to improve!!! Management should train staff better on customer interaction. Facilities seriously show wear and tear, which diminishes the overall experience!!! A more calming scent in rooms would be appreciated.

Couples looking for a unique experience
The hotel has this amazing buffet dining option with delicious meals cooked on request, you got omelettes and pancakes just right in front of you. Plus, the whole vibe of the lobby with its swing seats and unique library made the stay feel special, like you were in some kind of hidden gem!
It wasn't exactly a bargain but I guess the experience kind of justified the cost.

The natural springs were the highlight, providing a relaxing and therapeutic experience for everyone, especially for my colleagues after a long day. The staff served us delicious meals that exceeded our expectations, making every dining experience enjoyable.
In my wife’s opinion, the cleanliness of the facilities needs improvement, especially at the pool areas where my kids spotted debris.

The ambiance here was lovely, and the massage I got at the spa was exactly what I needed after a long day. I enjoyed relaxing in the beautiful heated pool and soaking in the hot spring bath, which really hit the spot. Just a heads up, the food was a bit slow to arrive at dinner, but it was still delicious! 😊

The spa is worth checking out. Unfortunately, the rooms were dirty and had a musty smell. We loved the themed dinner nights. Service was slow, and communication was difficult at times. Beautiful views from the room made it enjoyable.

The homemade jams and the friendly staff, especially Mr Omar, were highlights that made meals memorable. Plus, the views from our room were breathtaking—totally Instagram-worthy!
But, let's keep it real, Hotel needs a serious facelift, with old furniture and cleanliness issues. Plus, the dining prices were steep, and we faced language barriers that made things trickier.
